The role provides advanced production support, troubleshoots complex application, infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues, drives incident resolution, and performs root cause analysis to implement permanent corrective actions. The engineer will help ensure the reliability, availability, performance, security, resiliency, and operational stability of production environments. The position requires strong hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud technologies, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Java, Microservices, Linux, Git, REST APIs, monitoring, and enterprise production support practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, cloud, security, and application support teams while supporting deployment, release, and change management activities across development, test, and production environments.
