Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in API development
- ApigeeX(APIM), Cloud Armor (WAF & API Security) and microservices architecture
- 6+ years of integration development work
- Must have worked on AWS or GCP (preferred) cloud environment
- preferably both, and have hands on experience in AWS lambda (for AWS) or Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
- Confluent Kafka (ESP)
- doesn't need to be an expert, but must have worked on Kafka
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
- Must have led (Technical Lead) at least 2 system integration and modernization (development) project
- Experience in leading distributed onshore-offshore teams Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on integration development across APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Provide technical guidance, solutioning inputs, and design oversight aligned to enterprise architecture.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to API standards.
- Act as the primary interface for business stakeholders and support backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and DevOps practices with continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to API governance, lifecycle management, and security standards.
- Lead and mentor offshore teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
