Senior Applications/Manufacturing Engineer Location:

Schedule:
Mon-Fri On-Site Only Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000/yr, depending on experience (flexible for the right candidate) + benefits
Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:
Develop and release production methods, routings, work instructions, and tooling strategies in ERP. Translate drawings, GD&T, and specs into CTQ matrices, gage strategies, and inspection plans. Provide technical inputs for costing/quoting models (cycle times, tooling, setup, and capacity). Drive process maturation, yield improvements, and setup/scrap reduction using Lean/Six Sigma. Interface with clients and internal teams on manufacturability, launch readiness, and engineering changes.
Qualifications:
B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience). 6+ years in precision manufacturing (MedTech, Aerospace, or Defense experience preferred). Strong background in CNC turning/milling, grinding, assembly, metrology, and ERP systems (Infor LN a plus). Proven expertise moving NPI/prototypes into stable serial production.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
