Our client, a global leader in energy and power generation solutions , is seeking a Configuration Engineer to join their team. As a Configuration Engineer , you will be part of the Configuration Management Organization supporting the Order-to-Remittance (OTR), Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$35/hour What's the Job? Create and maintain Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOMs) and Unit BOMs throughout the product lifecycle. Convert and release Manufacturing BOMs (MBOMs) through ERP systems such as PowerMax. Manage project structures for Steam Turbine and Generator products. Support Configuration Management activities, engineering changes, and BOM integrity reviews. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Project teams to ensure accurate product definition and execution. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical field. Experience with BOM management, product definition development, and configuration management processes. Knowledge of ERP and/or PLM systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment. What's in it for me?
