This company is a global leader in automatic balancing and process control solutions for grinding machines. They design, manufacture, and market a proprietary system providing a simple and reliable solution for in-process dynamic balancing of precision grinding machines.

Location:

Cincinnati, OH (Preferred) Core Responsibilities Accompany sales reps to customer sites, deliver technical presentations, and install company products on customers' grinding machines for live demonstrations. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and secure the final sale. Oversee the setup and fine-tuning of products on-site to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Technical high school diploma or University degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry. Bilingual Japanese/English preferred. Must possess valid U.S. Permanent Residency (Green Card) or a valid work visa. Up to 50% travel required — approximately once a week (several days per trip) Preferred Experience Sales, demo, installation, or field service experience at a grinding machine manufacturer. Broad experience in the general machine tool industry and/or metrology industry. Hands-on experience operating or maintaining grinding machines at a manufacturing facility.

Up to $85,000.00 per year
