Solution Design & Architecture- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and technical specifications
- Define integration patterns across enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance and direction to engineering teams
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to design principles
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies early
- Drive best practices in design, coding, and deployment Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with product, business, and engineering leaders to define solution strategies
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Support pre-sales or strategic initiatives through solution modeling and presentations Delivery & Execution
- Support solution implementation across the full SDLC
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, compliance)
- Oversee integration and deployment strategies across environments Governance & Standards
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and frameworks
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise governance
- Maintain documentation of architecture artifacts, decisions, and patterns ________________________________________
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or solution design preferred
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
- Experience with security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks ________________________________________
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF)
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and event-driven systems ________________________________________

Base Salary:
$80,000.00 - $185,150.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.- Application Window
