Tasks and Responsibilities Design, build, test, maintain, and support software applications, services, and systems, ensuring they deliver business value and are fully prepared for operational use. Ensure application resiliency, stability, security, and data protection by implementing robust engineering practices, proactive monitoring, and adherence to organizational and industry standards. Collaborate with the people on your team, in your functional area, and with your business stakeholders to ensure business value is achieved. Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, delivering results with integrity, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed‑upon goals. Operate within an agile team to deliver outcomes iteratively while fostering empiricism, learning, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Education Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Certifications and Licenses Years of Experience 2-4 years of experience Core Competencies Service-Oriented Curiosity Collaboration Adaptability Strives For Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Previous work experience as Software engineer with 2-4 years' experience is preferred. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C/C++, Javascript, python is a must. Experience and knowledge of cloud services like AWS is a plus. Experience in web development, mobile development, or software engineering projects as part of educational curriculum is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
