Louisville, OH Our client is looking for a full stack developer to join their team! Our client is a leading manufacturer in the area and has been in business for over 75 years! The full stack developer would be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business critical applications that support the companies processes. Qualified candidates would need a bachelor's degree in a computer science field and experience with Infor XA ERP systems, Theory of Constraints, building decision support or analytics tools, advanced Excel, and data modeling.Job Requirements Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines in DB2 for I
- Enhance and integrate with existing
RPGILE/SQLRPGLE
programs- Build and maintain APIs to extend ERP functionality
- Monitor and improve application and query performance
- Implement complex business logic such as Scheduling, BOM processing, Pricing Analysis, Product
- Configuration, and other data modeling / analytics.
- Develop user-friendly tools, dashboards, and interfaces (web-based or desktop-supported)
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business users
- Support reporting and analytics needs across operations and leadership teams
- Integrate IBM i (Infor XA) systems with modern technologies and external platforms
- Process and transform incoming data (e.g., customer purchase orders, item attributes)
- Automate workflows across departments including planning, purchasing, and production
- Build and maintain analytical tools supporting: o Margin analysis o Bill of Material (BOM) simulations o Lead time optimization o Available-to-Promise (ATP) and supply/demand modeling
- Partner with stakeholders to develop systems that support data-driven decisions
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
- Familiarity with manufacturing process and supply chain
- Strong proficiency in SQL (DB2 for i preferred)
- Experience with IBM i platform (RPG, CL,PHP, or willingness to learn)
- Proficiency in API and data development
- Experience with system integration and data processing
- Strong performance tuning and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with manufacturing, inventory, and planning concepts
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Experience with Infor XA ERP system
- Exposure to Theory of Constraints (TOC) or advanced scheduling methodologies
- Experience building decision-support or analytics tools
- Advanced Excel or data modeling skills
