Job Posting External Job Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of engineers, work with general purpose or embedded software systems to influence the design and development of innovative forklifts, material handling equipment, and related systems. Write and/or modify computer programs using Java, Angular, C/C++, C#, Python or similar computer language.

Test and review work by other developers

Work with business analysts to clarify requirements.

Utilize Scrum as a member of the development team.

For embedded positions: Develop software for Real-time Operating Systems or Android applications.

Conceptualize ideas for software control of sensors, actuators and systems.

Conduct bench-level unit testing and on-vehicle verification and validation tests.

Job Qualifications:

Pursuing a four-year college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field. Experience in programming and analysis, along with strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills necessary. Candidate must be a highly self-motivated individual with an attention to detail.

Ability to follow and write testing procedures to confirm product quality.

Candidate must have a reliable means of transportation.
