In this role, you will monitor, maintain, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and live production systems to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient performance. You may also assist with application development, scripting, system administration, data analysis, quality-control testing, customer training, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise software applications and takes a structured, methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical problems. Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing platform is preferred. Knowledge of scripting, data analytics, networking, or Active Directory is beneficial, although this position primarily focuses on application support rather than infrastructure administration. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support enterprise applications and live production systems. Investigate, troubleshoot, document, and resolve application-related incidents. Participate in the escalation and communication process for unresolved technical problems. Perform application maintenance, administration, configuration, and quality-control testing. Assist with ongoing application development and system enhancements when needed. Use scripting or automation tools to support application administration and troubleshooting. Analyze system behavior and identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Work with service management teams to ensure established request and escalation procedures are followed. Record incidents, activities, time, and resolutions accurately in the designated tracking or ticketing system. Provide technical expertise during internal and external service calls. Support application upgrades, development changes, and new service opportunities. Evaluate customer equipment, applications, and workflows and recommend more effective solutions. Develop and deliver customized application, software, feature, or workflow training based on customer needs. Follow up with customers after training or technical support to confirm that solutions have been implemented successfully. Complete administrative assignments accurately and within established deadlines. Maintain current knowledge of supported applications, products, features, and technical capabilities. Build productive and professional relationships with customers, managers, technical teams, and other Ricoh personnel. Perform other related technical or specialist duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered. Experience providing application, software, production, or enterprise-system support. Advanced computer and connectivity skills. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Methodical approach to identifying technical problems and developing effective solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Ability to explain technical concepts, recommend solutions, and follow up to ensure approved changes are implemented and maintained. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or administering an enterprise application. Experience with ServiceNow, IT service-management platforms, or comparable ticketing systems. Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, or application-quality testing. Coding, scripting, or automation experience using Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or a comparable language. General understanding of networking, Active Directory, data communications, and related area networks. Familiarity with office imaging products, document-management platforms, and computer equipment. Experience delivering software, application, or end-user training. Understanding of application security, system monitoring, and production-support practices. Interview Process Qualified candidates will complete an initial virtual interview followed by an in-person second interview.
Pay:
$22.00 - $29.47 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
