Software Engineer Sr - Microservices/Kafka/ETL

As a Senior Software Engineer within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

• Microservices / OpenShift / Container management
• Kafka/Data Streaming
• Strong Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, Java Spring Boot and Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience in DevOps & Platform including Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift(OCP)
• Support maintenance activities including patching and upgrades
• Strong ETL experience
• IAAS, Windows Servers, Linux
• Strong Analytical and complex problem solving skills, with ability to debug complex distributed systems.
• Application monitoring and alerting including Logscale and Dynatrace
• Perform regular scan to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities in timely manner
• SAFe Agile awareness a plus
• Resource Development
• Delivery and Production Support
• Both Project Work and Production issues ensuring timely resolution of incidents
• Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex technical information for senior management and product team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment
• Experience providing technical thought leadership across an organization.
• Adapt quickly to new applications and flows and be part of a larger enterprise group

• Base Salary:

  $55,000.00
• $132,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
