Description We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to be part of our DevOps team, with a primary focus on ETL development, automation, third party integrations , and client onboarding scalability . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, coding, and solving complex ETL and workflow challenges to drive operational improvements . Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize FTP and ETL jobs for ingesting data from a variety of core banking systems Help to accelerate onboarding for new clients. Suggest ideas to improve and refactor existing ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability Design and develop data loading monitoring dashboard, logging and alerting for internal and external users. Key Qualifications Attention to detail Motivation to automate everything Attention to documenting processes Leadership qualities to mentor others Experience 6+ years in DevOps, Data Integration Engineering, or related roles Strong hands-on experience building batch or API related integrations and ETL processing.
