We seek a dedicated professional to ensure quality patient care through timely assessments, detailed charting, and treatment plans aligned with safety protocols. Consultations, including psychiatric ones, may be requested. This is a contracted (1099), part-time position for weekends and holidays, requiring residence in Oregon.
