Job Description
Take your engineering expertise on the road and make a real impact in industrial filtration and fluid-power performance across the country. In this Field Application Engineer opportunity based in Allegheny County, PA, you'll work hands-on with equipment at customer sites and company facilities while supporting product success from the field. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Application Engineer position include: At least two (2) years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment installation BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (BSME, BSIE, or BSEE) Ability to use hand and power tools At least two (2) years of Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Travel extensively, including overnight trips of 2-3 nights per week Install, troubleshoot, and repair filtration-related equipment and systems according to specifications and safety standards Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used; communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams
