$80,000 - $100,000 The Judge Group is seeking an Applications Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Collegeville, PA area. Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues and support customer requirements.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, contract reviews, order entry, and proposal follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate production schedules, lead times, expedite requests, and recovery plans to meet commitments.
  • Support forecasting efforts, business reviews, customer audits, and site visits.
  • Maintain accurate product configurations, pricing, and specifications within company systems.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or medical device environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to solve customer and operational challenges.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and product specifications is preferred.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle or JD Edwards ERP experience is a plus.
