$80,000 - $100,000 The Judge Group is seeking an Applications Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Collegeville, PA area. Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues and support customer requirements.
- Prepare and manage quotes, contract reviews, order entry, and proposal follow-up activities.
- Coordinate production schedules, lead times, expedite requests, and recovery plans to meet commitments.
- Support forecasting efforts, business reviews, customer audits, and site visits.
- Maintain accurate product configurations, pricing, and specifications within company systems.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or medical device environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to solve customer and operational challenges.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and product specifications is preferred.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle or JD Edwards ERP experience is a plus.
