Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps & Release Engineering Manager to lead modern software delivery practices while remaining deeply involved in engineering execution. This role combines team leadership, release oversight, and platform strategy to strengthen CI/CD capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments. Based in Enola, Pennsylvania, this position will guide reliable release delivery, improve automation standards, and help shape the roadmap for DevOps tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the direction and day-to-day operation of CI/CD platforms across GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Copado for Salesforce, and related hybrid delivery environments.
  • Design, execute, and resolve issues within complex production releases, using an automation-focused approach to improve speed, consistency, and stability.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of DevOps professionals, providing technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on support while developing team capability.
  • Drive enterprise release planning activities by coordinating schedules, evaluating deployment risk, and maintaining strong governance and audit readiness.
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap, backlog, and overall strategy for DevOps and release engineering capabilities based on business value and operational risk.
  • Oversee Salesforce deployment practices, including environment planning, release coordination, seasonal platform updates, and pipeline automation.
  • Support modernization initiatives involving delivery tooling and platform changes, ensuring transitions are implemented with minimal disruption to active releases.
  • Contribute directly to engineering work through infrastructure automation, deployment optimization, and troubleshooting across cloud-native systems.
