Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and help define requirements for new and existing software features. Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using C++. Perform software implementation, testing, debugging, and validation activities. Support advanced packaging equipment demonstrations, qualification testing, and customer buyoff activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software architecture and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and test environments. Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in C++ programming . Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies. Experience developing multi-threaded applications . Strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles. Hands-on experience with STL (Standard Template Library) . Experience with

COM/DCOM

technologies. Experience with Boost libraries or equivalent template-based frameworks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tcl/Tk . Knowledge of Python . Experience working with industrial automation or packaging equipment systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
