Key Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC industry sales Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Strong understanding of mechanical engineering solutions and load calculations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or as part of a team Valid Pennsylvania driver's license; ability to pass drug and background tests Willingness to travel within a 2.5-hour radius of the greater Harrisburg area Experience with load calculation software and Microsoft Office applications

Main Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities within mechanical engineering sectors Identify and develop leads to build a healthy sales pipeline Assist in preparing proposals and technical presentations to clients Collaborate with engineering teams to offer customized solutions based on client needs Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction Conduct site inspections to verify compliance and quality standards Contribute to sales strategies, forecasts, and reports to support company objectives Stay current on advancements in HVAC and mechanical construction technologies Serve as interim project manager when necessary, overseeing project execution Collect detailed data from client facilities to inform technical proposals Support the development of innovative solutions and process improvements
