Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable development infrastructure for mission-critical systems
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins to streamline secure software deployments
• Perform system administration tasks supporting development and operations teams, ensuring high availability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer and mission requirements into software and hardware solutions
• Integrate security best practices, conduct risk assessments, and implement automated security testing within development pipelines
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer security standards throughout the development lifecycle
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to process improvements
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve security and operational issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with evolving DevSecOps trends, security threats, and automation technologies Required Skills and Experience
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on DevSecOps experience
• Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform for automation
• Experience with Git, Linux (preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux), and AWS or OpenStack
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm (or willingness to learn)
• Strong coding, scripting, and documentation skills
• Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity standards, risk management, and compliance Preferred Skills
• Experience with ArgoCD, Platform-as-a-Service environments, and advanced Kubernetes operations
