We are seeking a field application engineer in Leetsdale, PA Duties and Responsibilities May spend the majority of their working hours outside of the office traveling from location to location, including cross-country. Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems according to specifications and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to customers. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction. Provide production support in assembly and routine testing of the products used in field applications. Assist the Product Division and Sales Department by solving field problems, clarifying customer requirements and technical product support. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering is required; BSME, BSIE, or BSEE is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment installation is required. Hydraulic systems experience is preferred. Familiarity and experience with hand and power tools is required. A minimum of two (2) years" experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Knowledge of fluid power is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience as a Field Application Engineer or in a similar technical role is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems is required.
