60-80/hour W2 / 65-90/hour Corp We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer/Backend Developer with strong expertise in AWS and modern cloud-native application development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, distributed applications using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and EventBridge. A strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using CloudFormation, and experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases are essential. The role requires proficiency in GoLang or the ability to quickly learn and become productive with Go-based development. Candidates should also be familiar with Python, with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in cloud and distributed environments. Experience with containerized microservices, serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices is highly desirable. Must-Have Skills

Proficiency or strong ability to learn GoLang and related frameworks quickly.
Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge
Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC), preferably using CloudFormation.
Experience working with both NoSQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with Python and modern test frameworks.
Proven experience solving complex technical challenges in distributed or cloud-based environments.

Nice to haves:

Experience with containerized microservices and serverless architectures.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in agile or cross-functional environments.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
