You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance designs, using modeling, simulation, and testing tools to validate performance and reliability. Responsibilities Design and optimize digital track and workflow solutions within complex software systems. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. Develop models, simulations, and prototypes to validate track performance and reliability. Conduct performance analysis, testing, and iterative refinement of designs. Document design specifications, standards, and best practices. Support implementation teams throughout development and deployment. Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and tools. Engage in code and design reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
