In-Person Competitive Salary 24 Months Experience Master's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Performance Engineering Manager I in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S. Minimum requirements for the position are: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or closely related discipline; Plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Performance Engineering Manager), Chief Performance Analyst, Software Testing Engineer, Testing Architect, Quality Assurance Engineer, or closely related occupation. Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Duties:
Participate in pre-sales and consulting activities, leveraging domain-specific knowledge to provide technical expertise in solution design, requirements that align with client needs. Lead and support offshore/ onsite performance analysts. Create high-quality test documentation. Coordinate smaller- scale projects and/or initiatives, ensuring all project stages are managed effectively. Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Collect and analyze feedback from completed projects to identify areas of improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects. Lead project audits and contribute to technical proposal creation.
