Years Key Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of Wi-Fi fundamentals and 802.11 protocols (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) Collaborate with Product & Development teams to define technical and product requirements Drive Wi-Fi strategy, performance characterization, and engineering investigations Identify, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve product defects Review architecture/design specifications and ensure testability & verification Support QA test methodologies and automation strategies Work with advanced Wi-Fi test automation frameworks and industry standards (IEEE, WFA, WBA, IETF) Perform root cause analysis and lead issue resolution efforts
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi antennas, RF/frequency coordination, WLAN technologies, and IP protocols Moderate scripting knowledge Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with home networking technologies like Bluetooth, Matter, and broadband products Knowledge of DOCSIS, Ethernet, and Cable Modem standards Experience in automated testing environments and consumer device testing Ability to collaborate with vendors/technology partners on architecture decisions Familiarity with data science tools, scripting, and programming languages
