Remote Application Developer would be responsible for many technical aspects: code development, security assessment, bug triage and fixes, infrastructure deployment, application uptime and network management, user request support. Applications would involve data management/harvest system, information discovery tool, reporting and analysis, and metadata entry and management. Would be working with a team of developers to develop, maintain, support and improve current and new metadata systems. Position Scope Code development (writing application code for use cases, reviewing code) Security assessment and resolution (reviewing CVE and other security findings against libraries and web scanning tools) Bug triage and resolution (reviewing user/team findings, reproduce results, fix the problems) Infrastructure management (CI/CD deployment processes, scaling analysis, O&M) User request support (answering applications questions, resolving bugs, researching issues and discrepancies) Experience 3-5 minimum years of developer experience Required Requirements Must be US Citizen to meet government contract requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a position of Public Trust clearance Python and Flask experience Testing (UI playwright and pytest unit testing)
