Provide Technical Support services when required Provides Online and/or Onsite training services to customers Provides Online and/or Onsite Machine integration services to customers Performs post processor modifications when required When needed, provides customer introduction and follow-up calls Assists customers by facilitating the creation and modification of or creating and modifying custom reports, UCS and catalogues/libraries Maintain proper notes on customer interactions Obtains and shares customer feedback so products and services can be improved Escalate serious complaints or critical issues to next level when resolution cannot be attained Identify critical issues and escalate them to Applications Engineering Manager, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible Maintain polite, helpful, courteous, and professional manner always Continuous learning by attending training classes, independent research, and seminars as needed Point person to assign complex technical and business matters Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities Advanced technical and software skills with the product lines supported Proficient with MS Office Ability to learn how to effectively use various software packages. Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical, detail oriented, and reasoning skills Ability to effectively prioritize work activities. Ability to self-manage and motivate Works independently as well as in a team environment Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of experience; or equivalent work experience Previous experience in a software support or service role required Physical Demands Employee must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employee with disabilities to perform essential job functions, absent undue hardship.
