Job Duties :

Manage onboarding and implementation of telecom solutions Provide technical support and resolve service issues Monitor performance and optimize services Partner with internal teams to support clients Drive customer satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements :

5-7 years of network or sales engineering experience in telecom or managed services 1+ years of network client management experience Experience with building LAN/WAN solutions preferred Experience engaging directly with CIOs and IT leaders in solution-selling environments Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field preferred Excited to bring your expertise to a role that makes a difference?
