A leading SaaS company based in Morris County, NJ is seeking a local DevOps Engineer for an innovative, growth-oriented environment. This role involves designing and managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and supporting a high-ownership, collaborative team. This role is hybrid (not open to relocation) and full time / direct hire.
DevOps Engineer Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee scalable cloud environments utilizing AWS, ensuring reliable application deployment. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize CI/CD automation pipelines and streamline release processes. Automate infrastructure setup and management through Infrastructure as Code practices. Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and maintain high availability for production services. Manage authentication, device, and endpoint security tools, providing IT support when needed.
DevOps Engineer Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration, DevOps, or infrastructure roles. Extensive AWS platform experience in a real production setting. Strong Linux knowledge, including shell scripting, networking, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with automation scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
