Enterprise Applications Engineer:

Application Management:

Administer, configure, and support enterprise SaaS applications across business functions.

NetSuite Administration:

Manage NetSuite functionality, system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing optimization.

Systems Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve application performance, workflows, and business processes through scalable technology solutions.

Automation:

Develop and implement automated workflows that reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Application Integration:

Support integrations and data flows between enterprise applications to maintain reliable system connectivity.

Technical Support:

Troubleshoot application issues, manage system changes, and partner with business stakeholders to address evolving technology needs. Qualifications for the

Enterprise Applications Engineer:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

3+ years of enterprise applications engineering, SaaS application administration, systems engineering, or related experience is required.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience supporting enterprise applications within a SaaS or technology environment is required.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on NetSuite experience is required, with experience using ZIP and DocuSign strongly preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong automation, troubleshooting, process improvement, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
