Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Developer to manage, maintain, and enhance our ERP system, supporting a high-volume product catalog, multi-channel sales operations, and complex inventory management. While NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, candidates with experience in other cloud-based ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Acumatica) will also be considered. Our ERP Developer will work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), in-house position. It is not project-based, and we are not accepting applications from contractors (1099), remote, or hybrid candidates. We are looking for a dedicated ERP professional who is ready to contribute long-term and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Key Responsibilities ERP Development & Customization Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and automations to streamline processes across inventory, order fulfillment, and finance. Customize dashboards, saved searches, forms, and user roles tailored to support high-SKU volume and cross-functional operations. Build and manage API integrations with platforms such as e-commerce storefronts, shipping providers, and 3PL partners. Improve business intelligence tools (KPI dashboards, reports) for better forecasting and operational insight. System Administration & Optimization Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure uptime and stability. Perform ongoing maintenance, apply system updates, and clean data to support scalability and efficiency. Maintain clear documentation for workflows, customizations, and integrations. User Support & Training Provide technical support to internal users across departments (Production, Sales, Warehouse, Accounting). Conduct training sessions and create resources to boost user adoption and efficiency. Translate business needs into ERP enhancements through ongoing collaboration and communication. Security & Compliance Manage user access and role-based security settings to protect business-critical and financial data. Monitor system activity logs and ensure compliance with accounting standards and data protection best practices. Continuous Improvement & Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, and Sales to drive automation and process improvement. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the ERP system and coordinate with third-party consultants when necessary. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience. Proven experience administering and customizing an ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred). Familiarity with ERP scripting (SuiteScript or similar), SQL, JavaScript, and API integrations. Strong understanding of inventory management, BOM structures, and multi-channel operations. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to work onsite full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be seeking a long-term, non-contract position—no remote, hybrid, or project-based arrangements will be considered. Preferred NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification. Experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, wholesale, or supply chain management. Familiarity with warehouse automation, barcode scanning, or Shopify/3PL integrations. Experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce or Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
