POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring one experienced Full Stack Developer as a full-time contractor. This is not a ticket-closing role. You will own production-grade features across our entire stack, AI generation workflows, async pipelines, multi-tenant architecture, A/B experimentation, and real-time systems. You work directly with our lead developer and own what you ship.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Full-stack features across React / Next.js and Node.js / Express AI generation workflows from request creation to queueing, provider integration, result delivery, retries, and failure recovery Async job processing systems using tools such as BullMQ, Temporal, NATS, or similar technologies Multi-tenant SaaS behavior, including tenant-specific features, branding, auth, pricing, packages, usage limits, and access rules Credit, subscription, package, and usage-limit systems A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure, including variant assignment, event tracking, conversion metrics, rollback, and disable logic Real-time update systems using WebSockets, Pusher, event streams, or similar tools AI provider integrations, including providers such as fal.ai, ElevenLabs, Google Vertex AI / Veo, Gemini, MiniMax, PiAPI, Suno / Evolink Feature flags, staged rollouts, Docker, CI/CD, staging, and production deployment workflows Responsive UI implementation across desktop and mobile Observability systems, including logs, queue metrics, health checks, API errors, and provider failure monitoring Security fundamentals including authentication, authorization, input validation, rate limiting, tenant isolation, and safe data handling
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of full-stack development experience in a SaaS or product company Strong experience with TypeScript Strong experience with React and Next.js, Pages Router, hooks, reusable components, Tailwind CSS, and state management Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js, REST APIs, middleware, auth-aware backend, validation, error handling Strong experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, migrations, transactions, relational integrity Experience with Redis, caching, rate limiting, distributed state, locking Experience with BullMQ or similar job queue systems, including retries, timeouts, worker behavior, and background processing Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, and production deployment workflows Experience writing and maintaining tests using Vitest, Testing Library, integration tests, and API tests Ability to review, understand, and safely modify a large production codebase Strong debugging skills across frontend, backend, queues, async workflows, third-party providers, and production These are not all required, but the strongest candidates will have experience with several of the following: Async, event-driven, or distributed systems AI generation workflows or AI provider integrations Multi-tenant SaaS architecture Temporal or another orchestration system for long-running workflows NATS or another message broker / event bus A/B testing infrastructure, variant assignment, tracking, conversion measurement, and rollback logic Real-time systems using WebSockets, Pusher, or event streams Usage-based billing, credits, subscriptions, package-based access, or feature entitlement systems Feature flags, staged rollouts, and production-safe deployment practices Observability, health checks, structured logging, queue monitoring, and provider failure recovery High-traffic web apps, creator tools, AI platforms, SaaS dashboards, or subscription products

We are looking for someone who is talented technically, but also dependable operationally. Experience working in an EOS-run company or similar structured environment (clear priorities, ownership, accountability, measurable outcomes) You show up, own your work, and don't wait to be managed Accountable across Slack, email, and ClickUp Proactive when something is unclear, blocked, delayed, or broken Direct, honest, and solution-oriented Passionate about your craft and the product you are building Available for reasonable production support when urgent issues happen, including occasional weekend availability when needed This role requires someone who takes ownership. If something breaks, you help solve it. If a requirement is unclear, you ask. If you see a better way to build something, you speak up. We are especially interested in candidates who have built systems involving queues, async jobs, AI integrations, multi-tenant SaaS, subscriptions, usage limits, or real-time updates.
