Job Description

Overview We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and enhance mission-critical web applications that support daily operations for a federal agency. In this role, you'll work across the full technology stack—developing modern user interfaces, building robust APIs, and ensuring secure, high-performing applications. This is an opportunity to work on systems that directly impact real-world operations , in a collaborative environment that values clean code, thoughtful design, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Build & Enhance Applications Design, develop, and maintain web applications supporting critical agency functions Deliver new features, improve performance, and troubleshoot issues Ensure applications meet security, usability, and reliability standards Front-End Development Develop responsive, modern UIs using React and TypeScript Work with HTML5, CSS, and JSON to create dynamic user experiences Debug and optimize applications using browser developer tools Apply MVC principles and front-end best practices Back-End Development Build and maintain APIs and backend services using C# and .NET Framework Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures Implement object-oriented solutions and reusable components Generate structured outputs (reports, Excel, PDFs) DevOps & Collaboration Manage code using Git and GitHub (branching, PRs, code reviews) Deploy builds and support development environments Collaborate with team members in an Agile or iterative workflow Security & Compliance Follow secure coding practices and STIG compliance requirements Support authentication, role-based access, and application security features Maintain clear and thorough technical documentation What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 5+ years of professional programming experience) 2+ years of experience with: React, TypeScript, JavaScript C# and .NET Framework SQL and relational databases
HTML/CSS, JSON, XML
Experience with: API development and web services Object-oriented design and MVC architecture Application security (authentication, roles, etc.) Nice to Have Experience in government, DoD, or regulated environments Familiarity with STIGs or secure coding standards Experience working in Agile teams Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience with
