W2 Contract (12+ months) NO Corp to Corp, NO Sponsorship Overview We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Software Engineer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering team. This is a long-term W2 contract with a hybrid schedule, offering the opportunity to work on modern, cloud-based applications using current technologies across both backend and frontend stacks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, contributing to architectural decisions, and working across the full development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern .NET and frontend frameworks Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud-based services Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps Contribute to system architecture and design patterns (DDD, Hexagonal Architecture) Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable code Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability Monitor and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments Required & Preferred Skills Backend Development Strong experience with C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8+) Experience building APIs and working with Entity Framework Core Database experience with PostgreSQL Frontend Development Experience with TypeScript / JavaScript Hands-on experience with React (Vite preferred) Familiarity with modern React patterns: Custom hooks State/data libraries (TanStack Query, etc.) Form handling (React Hook Form) Routing (React Router) Cloud & DevOps Experience with AWS services , such as: API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS IAM and Secrets Manager Familiarity with Docker and containerization Experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions TeamCity and/or Octopus Deploy Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred) Engineering Fundamentals Understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture Knowledge of security best practices , including JWT and authentication flows (MSAL preferred) Logging and monitoring experience (e.g., NLog) Strong testing experience:

Pay:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
