As a HR SharePoint Architect, you will be part of the HR Operations support team, contributing to the design and implementation of a centralized HR document repository. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$35-45/hr. What's the Job? Consult on existing HR document repositories and design a unified HR Operations Hub. Structure SharePoint Online architecture, including site structure, navigation, and governance standards. Execute content migration, standardization, and consolidation across multiple repositories. Configure approval workflows, version control, and audit trails using Power Automate. Build metadata schemas, implement permissions, and develop an AI-ready content library for search and knowledge agents. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture, including hub/spoke site design and large-scale content migrations. Expertise with SharePoint metadata, site columns, content types, and managed metadata/term store. Experience configuring workflows with Power Automate for approval and publishing processes.
