Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jr. Software Developer / Agentic AI to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems that leverage agentic capabilities—autonomous, goal-oriented AI agents designed to interact seamlessly within complex environments. Your work will involve building scalable, reliable software solutions that integrate with cloud infrastructure, utilize modern web development frameworks, and adhere to best practices in software engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about advancing AI technology and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, and Java. Develop and maintain scalable microservices architectures utilizing RESTful APIs, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and containerization tools. Managing and configuring cloud and local LLMs. Implement robust system design patterns to ensure high performance, security, and scalability of software solutions. Contribute to front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Express for intuitive user interfaces. Participate in Agile software development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub, GitLab, or SVN. Write clean, efficient code with version control best practices while maintaining comprehensive documentation for system components. Engage in system design discussions focusing on APIs integration, database management with SQL or MySQL, and optimizing application performance for scalability. Qualifications Proven experience with software development in languages such as Python, JavaScript (React/Express), C#, Java, or C++. Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including cloud services (AWS or Azure), Linux environments, and network protocols. Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience working with microservices architectures. Understanding of database systems such as SQL or MySQL and experience with version control systems like Git or SVN. Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes for efficient software delivery. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable systems for complex applications. Nice-to-have skills include experience in quantum engineering, VBA programming, front-end development expertise, knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and familiarity with software design patterns.
