Your Impact:

Lead the design, development, troubleshooting, and support of complex labor management applications and cloud-native solutions. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions. Architect and implement complex technical solutions while providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams. Monitor and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) workloads, resolving application and infrastructure performance issues. Conduct code reviews, facilitate knowledge sharing, and mentor experienced software engineers. Manage project planning, execution, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery. Serve as the primary technical liaison between business areas, technology teams, and support partners, including after-hours support when needed. #LI-JB1
