REMOTE Software Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Software Engineer to join our client, who is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the insurance and healthcare industries. Our client is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and a passion for developing scalable, event-driven microservices. This role will involve working with a variety of technologies and requires a solid understanding of .NET, Core, and C#.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
•  Implement and manage event-driven microservice architectures.
•  Perform data modeling and ensure data integrity across various systems.
•  Develop and execute automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
•  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.

•  5+ years of demonstrable experience with AWS.
•  Proficiency in AWS services, including Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
•  Strong experience with event-driven microservice architecture.
•  Experience with data modeling and automated testing.
•  Familiarity with .NET, Core, and C#.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Experience with OpenSearch.
•  Comfortable with a true scaled agile environment.
•  AWS Certifications.
