W2 or C2C Overview We are seeking an experienced

SAP ABAP

Developer to support a SAP cloud migration and S/4HANA transformation initiative. The role will focus on custom code remediation, SAP upgrade activities, SPDD/SPAU adjustments, technical development, and post-migration stabilization.

Job Description:

Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA and cloud migration projects. Analyze and remediate custom ABAP code for S/4HANA and target cloud compatibility. Perform SPDD and SPAU analysis, adjustment, testing, and documentation. Review SAP upgrade changes and remediate impacted custom objects. Adapt custom code for S/4HANA simplifications, deprecated objects, and changed data models. Develop and enhance reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, APIs, and OData services. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical defect resolution. Support technical design and code remediation decisions throughout the migration. Maintain documentation for custom objects, SPDD/SPAU adjustments, transports, and remediation activities. Collaborate with Functional, Basis, Migration, Testing, and Architecture teams. Support cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization. Follow clean coding, performance, security, and target-state SAP development standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on

SAP ABAP

development experience. Strong experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects. Proven experience with SPDD and SPAU processing and remediation. Strong experience in custom code remediation and S/4HANA adaptation. Strong knowledge of ABAP Workbench, enhancements, debugging, transports, and object dependencies. Experience with RICEFW development and SAP integration technologies. Ability to analyze technical issues and independently implement remediation solutions. Experience working with development, testing, deployment, and production support teams. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a form.
