Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI Workflow Platform) 100% Remote (US) | Direct Hire | Bonus + 401(k) Match Looking for a high-autonomy role where you can build across the entire stack? We are seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve a next-generation, AI-driven platform transforming complex document and operational workflows. In this hands-on, polyglot role, you will partner closely with machine learning specialists and domain experts to turn cutting-edge models into production-grade software.
What You'll Do:
Full-Stack Development:
Design and scale production Python backend APIs (FastAPI) alongside modern web (React, TypeScript) and mobile applications for field teams.AI Integration:
Partner with AI engineers to operationalize LLMs, computer vision, and automated workflow orchestrations into seamless user features.Cloud & Infrastructure:
Architect and maintain AWS cloud environments, PostgreSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.Data Processing:
Build robust ingestion pipelines and asynchronous workflows to handle complex files, images, and structured/unstructured datasets.What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience. Strong backend engineering experience and modern frameworks (e.g., FastAPI). Experience with modern frontend technologies. Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure in the cloud using relational databases. Proven ability to independently own technical decisions across the stack. Must be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship unavailable).Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with mobile development (Native iOS/Android or React Native). Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), event-driven architectures, or AI-assisted coding tools. Experience in regulated industries (Fintech, Healthtech, Insurtech, etc.). #LI-RemoteBenefits
