This position will focus on designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Angular and modern web technologies, developing backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#, and supporting DevOps/CI/CD practices for secure and reliable application delivery. The selected candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to modernize legacy applications, improve system integrations, automate deployment processes, and ensure applications meet agency security and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain financial, HR, and administrative applications using Angular and modern software development practices. Refactor legacy applications and migrate aging systems to modern frameworks and platforms. Develop modern web applications using PrimeNG, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#. Design and maintain Microsoft SQL Server solutions, including data models, stored procedures, optimized queries, and database troubleshooting. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, testing, and deployment processes. Support production deployments, environment troubleshooting, platform upgrades, security patches, and code refactoring. Perform unit, integration, regression, manual, and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain APIs and integrations to ensure data accuracy and consistency across enterprise systems. Support reporting and analytics solutions, including components and data pipelines supporting Power BI. Identify performance issues, technical gaps, automation opportunities, and modernization opportunities. Create and maintain documentation covering application architecture, APIs, integrations, deployment processes, coding standards, DevOps workflows, and security practices. Participate in technical design reviews, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, project planning, and release coordination. Work with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable technology solutions. Maintain technical content in SharePoint or other collaboration platforms. Follow applicable state and federal security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including standards such as HIPAA, CJIS, NIST, and FISMA. Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, identify project risks, and support successful project delivery. Additional Requirements

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional work experience. No specific certification is required.
