Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

(Job Responsibilities)

  • You will be primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the software applications and web services. You will work with the Matco Distributor Business System programming team to develop software applications.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • + Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain web-based applications based on Angular/React and .

NET frameworks

+ Coordinate with client product owners and technical leadership to understand requirements

+ Create technical solutions and present them to client leadership

+ Lead and coordinate software development activities

+ Provide technical leadership to the development team

+ Code reviews and low-level design reviews with developers

+ Coding of enhancements and features

+ Work closely with developers and QA team to build quality products

+ Accountable for meeting delivery dates on assigned projects and tasks

+ Independently scope project requirements including timetable, resources, and risk assessment/mitigation

+ Lead project implementation with cross-functional team where needed

+ Provide direction and mentoring to other developers and/or outside consultants

  • WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
  • + Bachelor's degree in a related discipline + Minimum of 8 years experience in web application development + Experience with .

NET Core, C#, React, MVC, Javascript, Web

API, SQL

Server or another similar database

+ Experience in code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviews

+ Experience in providing estimates for major enhancements and projects

+ Experience in deploying .NET builds, IIS

+ Experience in working with microservices and Azure cloud-related services

+ Expertise in CI/CD implementation using Azure Dev Ops

+ Ability to work independently and as a team member

+ Effective communication and documentation skills

+ Strong relationship-building skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team, management, and users
