Define the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for the software products or systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness. Design and develop high-level architecture and system designs for complex software solutions. Ensure that architectural principles, standards, and best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software designs. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Champion software quality and performance by identifying and addressing technical debt, code smells, and potential vulnerabilities. Mentor software engineers, architects, and other team members to foster their professional growth and development. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs to enhance the overall technical expertise of the team. Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities. Communicate technical concepts, decisions, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify technical risks and challenges early in the development process and proactively mitigate them. Degree requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a closely related field. Will accept three or four year foreign degree. This is a remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States. Relocation may be required to or from a Customer site. Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in: .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API Java, Spring Boot MongoDB Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform
