We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team, supporting critical government projects. Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience developing in ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Expertise in configuring and developing ServiceNow applications, including form and field management, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, and flows with Flow Designer
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem Management, Demand, and PPM
Experience with integrations via REST API, Transform Maps, and CMDB configuration and development
Proficiency in SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, and application lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills, with ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across teams
Ability to utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Playwright to enhance productivity and automation Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with other ServiceNow modules, including specialized areas like Service , Workspaces, and Troubleshooting ACLs
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (ATF) and version control tools (VersionOne, etc.)
Knowledge of AI-driven development and automation practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
