Job Description:

Strong ServiceNow knowledge and at least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow solutions for

CMDB CSDM

Discovery Integration portals workflows Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and table structure of the ServiceNow Platform Experience in IT service management and broad knowledge of IT infrastructure components Knowledge of EA tools preferably LeanIX Nice to have experience on ServiceNow functional business analysis Responsibilities Strong understanding of IT service management processes ITIL framework and industry best practices Experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow integrations solutions in enterprise environments Experience in CSDM and CMDB processes and workflows Perform Service now CMDB data analysis and support in the data cleanup exchange and synchronization efforts Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications using Rest APIs web services and middleware Support and be liaison between ServiceNow and LeanIX team on ServiceNow components such as workflows forms business rules and integrations Implement and manage Service Mapping to make all ServiceNow applications serviceaware using the CSDM framework Work with ServiceNow and LeanIX teams to ensure their data is accurate and is continuously being updated andor maintained Provide

capabilities and integration recommendations to implement them Develop technical specifications architecture diagrams and solution designs for ServiceNow and LeanIX implementations Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely resolution Design and configure integration workflows mappings transformations and data synchronization processes using ServiceNow Integration and other integration technologies

Benefits Compensation range:
