As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the Data Acquisition and Control Systems (DACS) team supporting aerospace hardware testing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$50/hr - $60/hr What's the Job? Develop Data Acquisition and Control Systems (DACS) for test stands and test facilities supporting aerospace hardware testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and compliance with requirements. Design and implement networking solutions for real-time data sharing and communication between multiple controllers. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and document software design, build processes, installations, and user manuals. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development focused on data acquisition and test or process control systems. Experience with PLC programming, particularly Allen-Bradley and Beckhoff PLCs. Strong programming skills in LabVIEW or equivalent software platforms. Experience integrating test instruments into control systems, including power analyzers, power supplies, pressure scanners, temperature scanners, flow meters, pressure transmitters, and actuators. What's in it for me? Competitive pay of $50/hr to $60/hr based on experience. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, depending on project support requirements.
