Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable software systems using programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, C++, and JavaScript frameworks like React and Express. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless integration across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop innovative solutions aligned with business goals. Participate actively in Agile software development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure deployments utilizing AWS or Azure, ensuring system security through RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and other best practices. Apply design patterns and system design principles to create maintainable, scalable systems capable of handling high traffic loads. Use version control tools like GitHub, SVN, or Git for source code management; implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. Requirements Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and web development principles. Proficiency in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Java, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, VBA or C for specialized applications. Hands-on experience designing RESTful APIs and working with REST architecture for system integration. Familiarity with microservices architecture, scalable systems design, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of SQL databases like MySQL or MySQL-compatible systems; experience with database schema design and optimization. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including design patterns, version control (GitHub or SVN), testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a focus on quality and scalability.
