The team operates in an R D oriented environment where the work involves exploring new concepts, building prototypes, and moving ideas toward production. The group is growing and looking for someone comfortable working in early-stage development cycles, contributing to technical direction, and staying hands on throughout. A good fit for engineers who enjoy creative problem solving and iterative development. Required Skills & Experience Strong development experience in C++ or Python Interest in R D, prototyping, and proof of concept work Test-driven development and solid coding practices Ability to contribute across design, testing, and technical documentation Comfortable working independently and within collaborative engineering teams

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience with algorithms, real-time systems, or sensor-related development Background in taking early-stage prototypes into scalable production systems Familiarity with Rust is a plus

What You Will Be Doing:

Building prototypes, proofs of concept, and production features Evaluating new technologies and validating technical feasibility Hands-on coding, testing, and documentation Working alongside cross-functional engineering and research teams
