Job Summary:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help build and productionalize enterprise AI solutions that support commercial data and analytics initiatives. Our team is looking for a hands-on engineer who can contribute to AI-powered applications, semantic data models, and scalable pipelines using Snowflake and modern generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI-powered applications using Snowflake Cortex, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks. Need 5+ years of Pharma/Biotech industry. Strong hands-on AI/GenAI solution engineering experience. Experience independently developing or co-owning solutions rather than only providing oversight/readouts. Ability to understand a business problem and translate it into an end-to-end technical solution. Strong understanding of data, including data preparation/understanding and feature engineering as applicable to the solution. Ability to break complex AI solutions into logical components and explain how each component supports the overall use case. Experience discussing the challenges, tradeoffs, and nuances encountered while developing AI solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in language that business stakeholders can understand. Ability to operate independently with limited hand-holding.
