Shift Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software containing logical and mathematical solutions to business or mission problems. Applies appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware, software, and information processing techniques to develop software. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, and compiles documentation of program development. Analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensures software standards are met. Develops software using Oracle APEX Interactive Reports. Applies Oracle software development best practices and optimization. Uses Agile software methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports (minimum 2+ years hands-on). Experience with applying Oracle software development best practices and optimization (minimum 2+ years hands-on). Agile software methodologies and tools (minimum 2+ years hands-on). Experience with project documentation.

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c.

Preferred:

Experience with PL/SQL including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes.

Preferred:

Experience with JavaScript.
